Software DeveloperCo-Founder, KritiraWriter

Websites that make people walk in.

I build fast, beautiful websites for cafés, restaurants and hotels — and because I've built and run an e-commerce business myself, I design for what actually sells.

What I bring

An engineer, a founder and a writer. One person to call.

01 · Founder

Built & shipped Kritira, end to end.

Storefront, Razorpay checkout, a 14-module admin, AI-assisted product listings, emails and cron jobs. I wrote it, I deployed it, and I'm the one who fixes it at 11 pm. I know what a small business needs from a website because I run one.

02 · Engineer

6+yrs

engineering at global finance firms.

Five years at State Street, now MassMutual India — software where “it mostly works” isn't allowed. Your café gets the same discipline.

03 · Performance

98Perf
100A11y
100SEO
100Best

Lighthouse 95+, on a phone.

Fast on a ₹10,000 Android over patchy 4G — which is how most of your customers will actually see it.

04 · Design

Design-obsessed.

Type, spacing, photography, the weight of a button. The small things are why people trust a place before they've walked in.

05 · Local SEO

Found on Google Maps.

Google Business Profile, local keywords and schema markup — so “café near me” ends at your door.

06 · Writer

“We serve the best coffee in town.”— every café website, ever

I write, so your copy won't suck.

Real sentences about your real place. I've been writing for years.

Selected work

One real business. Two you could own.

Kritira is live and selling. The concepts show what I'd build for your café or hotel — click in, they're fully working.

How it works

From a WhatsApp chat to a live site in two weeks.

  1. 01 · 15 min · WhatsApp

    Chat

You tell me about the place. I ask the annoying questions — who comes in, what they order, what they complain about.

  2. 02 · 48 hours

    Design mock

You see your actual homepage — your name, your photos, your menu — before we commit to the build.

  3. 03 · 1–2 weeks

    Build

I build while you watch a live preview link change. Feedback happens on WhatsApp, not in a 40-page document.

  4. 04 · 30 days

    Launch + support

Domain, Google Business, analytics — done. For 30 days after launch, small fixes are on me.

FAQ

Questions café owners ask me.

Ask on WhatsApp
How much does a website cost?

Most cafés and restaurants pick Signature at ₹35,000, one time. A single-page Starter site is ₹15,000. There is no monthly fee unless you want the ₹1,500/month Care plan — for a site your size, hosting on a free tier genuinely costs ₹0.

How long will it take?

Starter goes live in 7 days, Signature in about 2 weeks, Flagship in 4–6. You'll see a design mock of your homepage within 48 hours of our first chat, so you'll know early whether you love where it's going.

Do I need to provide photos?

Good photos help more than anything else on a café site. If you have them, great. If not, I'll send you a one-page shot list for a 20-minute phone shoot in daylight — you'll be surprised how far that goes — and fill gaps with tasteful atmosphere shots until you're ready for a proper shoot.

What about hosting and renewals?

The domain is registered in your name (about ₹800–1,200 a year, paid directly to the registrar), so you always own it. Hosting runs on Vercel's free tier, which comfortably handles a café's traffic. If you'd rather never think about any of it, the Care plan covers renewals, backups and updates.

Can I edit menu items and prices myself?

On Flagship you get a simple dashboard to change dishes, prices and photos yourself. On Starter and Signature, WhatsApp me the change and it's live the same day — free for the first 30 days, then included in the Care plan.
